This December, Rick & I are having “12 Dates of Christmas”.

We already have date nights quite alot, and since it’s only the two of us and Rigby at home, realistically we can say every night is date night. BUT. The Festive Season is my favourite time of year, so any reason to make extra special effort here and there is right up my alley.

For our first date night, we had one of our favourite and easy go to meals (also a Lavers’ family tradition dinner): hot dogs & chips. I was feeling a bit sick yesterday, so while I huddled under the blanket on the couch, Rick took care of everything and we ate while watching our shows.

Of course Rigby wanted in on the date night too…

Rick goes back to work on Thursday for a week, so we are hoping to get one more date night in before he leaves, and then a few Skype date nights while he is away. I love technology sometimes.
